This is the sound of a storm drain emptying into a gutter. My street floods in heavy rain, giving the storm drain a river-like sound. I placed my roland r-05 on the sidewalk just above the drain. It babbles and splashes like a river, but it is on a residential city street. I recorded it at 2am, so there are few vehicles in the recording though several faintly pass by in the background. I turned my kitchen sink on and off several times. Its a fairly noisy sink. You can hear the faucet squeaking and a high pitched hum that comes from the pipes. Once the faucet is turned off, you can hear the water running down the drain.

I have been in my bathroom, and i started the water running. After i shut it down the faucet started making crazy noises. I than run for my recorder and i have captured that crazy modem-connection type of sound. All happened on 14th of october 2020. You can hear my unstable breath and my dog "focus" (i love him) barking in the background.

This is a a non directional mic recording of a shower which is running from start to finish of the clip. The shower is a rain type shower falling onto stone and grout, for a smoother sound than most jet type onto porcelain or fiberglass tub.

The app was developed to interrogate whether cats could be entertained with a phone app. The recording features torn and crumpled paper, little noises we use to attract our cat, casio.
